Yumm...

The leisure of having time on your hands....I love that it's a holiday!

Believe it or not, I actually love to cook. I love the time taken to prepare, chop things up nicely, put them into separate plates, get everything ready and throw them one by one into the frying pan (or wherever it's supposed to go).

I was on my own today and though to whip up something healthy to brunch with. The result? An olio pasta with garlic, onions, bacon, capsicum and cherry tomatoes with a side of oven-baked fish cutlets. Very satisfying!

Lately I've also been trying to find the time to make myself lunches to bring to work too...a much much healthier option! It's now become therapy time for me & myself to unwind from a long day of work. I like!
